Benchmark Functional Fitness Foundations
You’ll be participating in group classes to practice and develop basicmovements, and to ramp up for the group classes that will soon follow.
What to expect?
Workouts are adaptable to all levels, with adjustments to weight, intensity, and mechanics. Whether you're a beginner or returning to fitness, we've got you covered. Each day is unique, ensuring an engaging experience. Our workouts focus on fundamental movements, incorporating elements from gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and more. Our coach-led classes, approximately 60-90minutes long, follow a structured progression: we'll start with a warm-up, then move on to movement instruction and demonstration. Our coach will be there to support your fitness journey and provide guidance to help you achieve your goals. After completing 3 sessions, you'll confidently enter group classes, knowing the movements and ready to participate.
Prerequisites
No fitness experience is necessary. Book a Benchmark Foundations Intro Class, and we'll take care of the rest. Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized training.
